1. Agreement to Terms & Scope of Work

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access, utilization, and provision of engineering, infrastructure, and software development services provided by Dhaaveg Technologies ("Dhaaveg", "we", or "us") to our client organizations ("Client" or "you").

By requesting a discovery blueprint, submitting an architecture intake request, or executing a Statement of Work (SOW), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement.

3. Milestone-Based Agile Sprints

All development engagements are executed under structured, transparent milestones:

• Phase 1 (Week 1): Technical blueprint, schema specification, and fixed deliverable scope sign-off.
• Phase 2 (Weeks 2 - 4): Core full-stack engineering, ERP module buildout, and staging deployment.
• Phase 3 (Week 5): Integration testing, automated webhook verification, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Phase 4 (Week 6+): Production handover, DNS switchover, and ongoing SLA maintenance.

Clients enrolled in our Enterprise Maintenance and Operations Engine retain:

Both parties agree that all technical specifications, customer databases, operational metrics, and proprietary commercial information exchanged during the engagement shall remain strictly confidential in perpetuity. Neither party shall disclose confidential materials without prior written consent.
